6-7 Broccoli - water onion ginger garlic black pepper salt.
method
boil broccoli after steam , blend it .
saute quinoa gingger garlic in 1 tsp oil add black pepper & salt & add the vegetables broth & broccoli paste.
boil for 7 min ,can add lemon juice.
