INGREDIENTS-
1 Cup sprouted green moong
½ onion finely chopped
1 green chili finely chopped
1 small cucumber diced
½ small red bell pepper cubed
½ small yellow bell pepper cubed
¼ tsp red chili powder
½tsp chaat masala
Lemon juice as per taste
Salt to taste
METHOD-
Soak the dal almost for a day, then put dal in a muslin cloth for a couple of days. Sprinkle water atleast 2-3 times a day to keep the moist. Wash the sprouts before making the chaat. Steam the sprouts with salt. Cool the sprouts add chopped onions, green chilies, cubed cucumber, red and yellow peppers and chopped fresh coriander leaves. Add salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix everything well. keep in fridge to chill and you can also take it as it is.
