Who must enroll?
The person who believes in them-self and is ready to finally take back control of their health but needs help with accountability, structure and thrives within a community of achievers.
The rules (will not be very extreme and will be sustainable post the 21 day period as well.)
1. Do this for a period of 21 days (Let everyone know your 21 day fitness period)
2. Reality check - Step on the weighing scale for those trying to lose weight/fat (I think all of us are) and be realistic where you’d like to be within 21 days.
3. Minimum 5 day workout a week. Can be sports/gym/cardio/yoga/walks. We’ll be assisting you with easy and effective home workouts as well.
4. Share at-least 1 highlight of your workout everyday (pics/videos) highly appreciated, not compulsory.
5. Movement accountability - Minimum 7000 steps. Proof required (Screenshots)
6. Follow your personalised nutrition plan and maintain a health journal (to be reviewed by our team on our weekly call)
